How HPV Get Transmitted And Can I Get Rid Off It With Antibiotics?

my test results came back for low risk HPV 55. Is the only way to catch it by sex or it maybe transmitted via hotel towels etc? Can one take a heavy dose of antibiotics or other meds to get rid of it or I have to hope that my immune system can fight it off even though it hasn't in 3 years?

Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

HPV is typically transmitted through direct skin-to-skin contact. The virus may also spread by touching something that has been contaminated with the virus and then touching the skin.
Antibiotics are useless in this infection because HPV stands for Human Papillomavirus .It is a virus and antibiotics are useless against viruses. They are effective to treat bacterial infection.

There is no treatment for HPV infection.

Hope I have answered your questions.
Kind Regards!
