Hotness In Palm And Soles, Burning Sensation, Difficulty In Walking. Deficiency Of Calcium Or Vitamin?

I am experiencing hotness in plam and soles. Sometimes it becomes difficult to walk due to the burning sensation and to wear the shoes even.
I didn't have such an exprience till 28 yrs. No I am 33 and has been experiencing for almost a year or so.
Please advice.
Can it be due to deficiency of clacium or Vit D.

Hello,
Causes of burning feet are numerous and varied, ranging from simple fatigue to more serious conditions such as a nerve damage or circulatory issues. Therefore, the underlying cause should be diagnosed as soon as possible to avoid long-term damage and morbidity.
There are several reasons why people experience burning feet.
Common causes of burning feet include....
Overuse and standing for very longtime
Obesity
Nerve damage
Alcoholism
Vitamin B deficiency
Gout
Athlete’s foot
Peripheral Neuropathy
Diabetes
Exposure to toxins or chemicals

VIT D deficiency in itself doesn't cause burning in feet but it can result in deficiencies of calcium and phosphorus which themselves can cause burning feet.

Consult your doctor and get the relevant investigations done to find the cause.
Proper treatment would depend upon the cause found.
However till then do the following....
Wear cotton socks
Quit any narcotics or alcohol.
Keeping your feet in cold water for 30 minutes before going to sleep
Increase your intake of B complex vitamins.

Thanks
