Hot Flashes, Low Grade Fever, Tender Breast, Lower Back Pain, Constipation. Pregnancy Or PMS Symptoms?

Hi. Ive had hot flashes and low grade fever for two weeks with not being able to quench my thirst. My boobs have been tender for about a week now as well. My lower back hurts. Im constipated and yesterday i noticed a brown discharge , along with today. I should start my period this time next week and I just want to know if Im having pregnancy symptoms or just PMS symptoms

The symptoms you have mentioned are associated with PMS and consult your gynecologist if they are more severe so that they may prescribe you some medication which might help you.To clear about the pregnancy please have a hpt done with early morning urine sample.Thank you.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since it is very difficult to say , whether it is perimenopausal syndrome or due to pregnancy as all these symptoms are ambiguous.
Tender breast may be in both conditions.
Lower back, hot flashes, low grade fever all may be due to hormonal imbalance due to perimenopausal syndrome.
In my opinion , think about perimenopausal syndrome.
Before this please get in one home pregnancy test and be tension free.
