Dear sir my wife had her last period on 07/06/2013 then on 12/07/2013 we did pregnancy test in home itself and it got positive report later on 14/7/2013 we did ultrascan and doctor said that there is NO FETAL FOUND.... and in impression report : SONOLOGICAL FEATURES SUGGESTIVE OF. WHAT DOES IT MEANS I NEED UR HELP VERY BADLY.....

your have urine pregnancy test positive immediately after missing the period..
but it will take 6-8 weeks for the appearance of sac, fetal pole and cardiac activity..
so relax for 3 more weeks and get one ultrasound done and see your obstetrician..
she needs to take folic acid for first 3 months, and undergo a couple of tests for ANC..
