Hole In The Armpit. Blood Oozes Wen Pushed With A Nail. What Could It Be?

Hi . My armpit has a hole . Above of the hole have a huge thinfs that I really don't know what is that . This huge red things already present pass 7 month but I don't think is any big problem so I din care too much . But , pass few days I used a nil to put into the hole n push up. Then take it out . I try to press as hard as I can . The result is bloods . But the things now still have . So I'm wondering go for a skin specialist doctor n ask for help . But yet my mum dont let . So doctor tell me what should I do to let the things off from my body >

1. hole in the armpit with blood could be underarm boil/abscess [hidradenitis] due to hair follicle infection [but since no constitutional symptoms like fever, redness,heat, pain are mentioned, thus cannot be said for sure], still you need to seek healthcare professional [[general surgeon/dermatologist] for exact diagnosis of your condition.
2. In recent years, MRSA [methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus] is supposed be one prime factor in causing such infection, so make sure to confirm with your Doctor regarding the same.
3. You probably need an anti staph antibiotic local cream & wash your armpits with soap and water daily . [till your next visit to the doctor]
