Welcome to HCM,
It is not advisable to wait for so much long time as you are having severe infection.
Without antibiotic condition will be worse.
Go to ER and consult doctor.
You may take Amoxicillin but it is better to take after consulting your doctor.
Experiment of taking water has no role in your problem.
Mean while take some anti inflammatory medicine.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Improvement in pain will indicate that you are getting healing.
BY any way do not wait till your appointment.
Ok and bye.
