Hives, high pulse rate, excessive vomiting, headache, nausea. Causes for symptoms?

I just now woke up with hives and a racing heart. The other day, I either had food poisoning or the stomach flu , I threw up like a total of ten times over night two nights ago and ever since then I ve had weird problems occuring. my head hurts and feel a lil bit of a fever. Could I be pregnant or what is wrong with me? I also have really bad nausea .
