Hello and thanks for the query
In my opinion get your X-ray done to rule out any kind of fracture. Rest of the bruise will heal by following certain precautions:
1. wipe the site with elastic bandage.
2. Keep the part elevated.
3. Do alternate hot and cold fermentation.
4. Take anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs as per need.
5. Try to restrict movements of the part, which allows quick healing.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
