Hit On The Head, Sore On The Site Of Impact, No Dizziness Or Vomiting. Is Everything Fine?

i walked into our wooden stairs last night just before 8pm UK time. it hurt, i cried, rubbed it. made sure i stayed awake, didnt feel dizzy or anything or sick. had my dinner, went to sleep even though i was a bit scared to. woke up this morning, head hurts, its sore where i hit it naturally and i feel okay if a little out of sorts. still no vomitting and not really dizzy. i have had a few head injuries in the past, fractured skull x 2, front head injury with a golf club etc. is everything okay? ive taken some head ache tablets.

2. vomiting.
3. seizures.
4. persistent headache
