I was sitting on the pool table at a bar and this guy punched me full force in my right middle back. It is very sore to touch and has been for 3 days. Every time I bend down or cough it hurts. If I press on it the pain radiates down to my buttock. The pain is like an injection being inserted into the buttock/ hip/ lower back. Please help. Just want to know if it anything serious or whether it is soft tissue damage.
