Hit On Jaw, Headache Behind Head

My 4 yr old son jump up out of a chair and his head hit me under my jaw very hard. I immediately got a headache behind my head and front temple areas. I have had no other symptoms. It has been 4 hours since it happened and the headache has subsided, but has not gone away. I did not take Tylenol etc, for the pain (was not sure if I should). Is this something I should be concerned about?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the headache or any pain in the temporal area could be secondary to the impact or any bone fracture at the site of pain...kindly consult a oral physician and you need to take some radiographs (OPG AND PA VIEW) to rule out any fracture..i hope my answer will help you...
