Hit On Head, Bloody Nose, Lump In Nose And Eye, Headache, Feels Nausea And Dizzy. Treatment?

My 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter were running in the basement and hit heads. My 12 year old has a bloody nose and a egg size lump inbetween his brows. My 10 year old has a lump on the left inside of her nose and left eye... Both have headaches . 10 year old with nose lump feels nausea and a bit dizzy... Would ice and a half motrin do or is this a ER visit needed?

It seems from the history that your 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter had injuries following a fall. The symptoms of your 12 year old daughter seems to be benign but she requires evaluation to find out the cause for nose bleeding and treatment accordingly.
The symptoms in 10 year old daughter is having dizziness, headache, nausea... These symptoms indicate concussion head injury and hence require evaluation and treatment accordingly. Hence she requires evaluation at the earliest.
