Hit On Face And Upper Lips, Feels Unconscious, Headache, Stressed. Solution?

Hello, i was hit about 72 hours ago and i was hit on the left side of my face on the upper lip and i was knocked unconscious for about a minute than re-awoke and i had hit my head on the ground above my right eye and i didn t think i needed medical attention however the following day i had a horrible headache and i knew i shouldn t take any painkillers in case i got a concussion so i waited till the afternoon of that day and took some and the pain eased alot. The following 2 days if i stress myself a little bit i will feel a minor headache for about a minute but than it will subside what should i do?

Hello
It seems from the history that you suffered a hit on the face following which you were unconsciousness and headache.
Since you had loss of consciousness following the injury, it can be concussion injury of the brain. Hence this requires examination to rule out concussion brain injury by investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination at the earliest.

Thank you
