welcome to Healthcare Magic.

From the nature of injury it is possible to have post concussion syndrome. Although these syndrome frequently preceded by head injury sufficient enough to cause loss of consciousness.

Some time fear of developing brain damage may lead to stress induced muscle spasm and pain. But before that it is must to rule out physical cause of problem.

It is better to meet general physician to rule out any fracture. For that you may require investigation like CT Scan of head.

Wish you good health and all the best.
