Hit My Head. Got Headache, Feeling Light Headed, Tired. What Is Wrong With Me?

Hi, I was working on a car and hit my head really hard on the edge of the hood. I started getting a real bad headache shortly after and also started feeling light headed and everything felt cloudy. I also felt like I could not talk that well and became extremely tired. When I got home I took a nap and now several hours later I'm still in pain and things still seem cloudy! I'm not sure what's wrong please help
