Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The generalized body aches and pains with burning sensation in the feet is commonly seen after a viral infection. These do subside on taking adequate electrolyte rich fluids, mild pain killers and vitamin B complex supplements.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
