Hi and thanks for posting.

I am sorry too hear about what you have been experiencing.Your symptoms and laboratory test suggest that your thyroid medications are not working well. They would need to be re-evaluated and adjusted to relief yo of most of these symptoms. T3/T4 levels are not too important in monitoring treatment. What we base more treatment decisions on is TSH levels and symptoms. Yours strongly suggest that the dosage be increased.

I cannot ask you to increase your drugs without your doctors approval. Please, you may want to try and see another doctor in the meantime to get a prescription for this.

Hope you find this helpful and informative. Wish you well and please do ask us more questions if need be. We shall address them.
I wish you well

Hi, Welcome to HCM.

Based on the information you have given, looks like your present symptoms indicate hypothyroidism (although your T3, T4 appears to be normal). I will recommend you that maintain the active lifestyle as you have been doing and have your condition examined by your endocrinologist in a month. He will have to re-evaluate your condition based on the latest clinical findings and titrate the dose of Synthroid. Since he is well aware of your condition thus far, it will be in your best interest to stick to the treatment plan he has set for you.

Meanwhile, should you feel that your symptoms have worsened before you get to see your endocrinologist, I will advise you to consult your family (primary) physician. Going to ER can be an option too.

Hope this helps.
