History Of Severe Heart Attack. On Healthy, Vegetarian And Fish Diet. Guide With Diet Chart And Recipes

My husband had a widow maker heart attack 2 days ago and I need to wean him into a diet much healthier for him. He is meat and potatoes, I am more vegetarian/fish. I am very happy hubby has to give up a long list of foods he grew too accustomed to. Do you have a recommendation for cookbooks or recipes that I might have access to that could help me make his transition more palatable? Is there some kind of LIST I can get of what he can have that I can base my grocery list on?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
To make a list means it will be a long list. I suggest some guide lines, to follow. Avoid giving more of salt, spices, junk foods, and oily foods. If obese avoid calories by avoiding the rice, sweats, potatos, etc.
Give him lime group of fruits, juices, green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and proteine rich foods.
Wishing him a comfortable and healthy life. Thank you.
