Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It looks like coma not sleep. / A person will get up in a few hours...
Awakening depends on the cause of coma -
Undiagnosed coma is a dangerous situation - it is often called a comma before full stop...Only the treating doctor can give any idea...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
