History Of Labiaplasty. Scar Tissue Near Clitoris, Difficulty Getting Aroused. What To Do?
Hi, I had a botched labiaplasty about 3 years ago. The surgeon cut very close to my clitoris. I have never had a problem with orgasm or sensitivity until I had the surgery. But since the surgery it is completely different. There is alot of scar tissue close to my clitoris so arousal is difficult. I barely climax, it dosnt feel pleasurable. This has affected my ability to start a relationship. As I can t be pleasures. Can anything be done if it is nerve damage?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The presence of scar tissue near the clitoris is the main cause of decreased sensations in the area. The nerve endings may regenerate to some extent with the passage of time. There is no specific treatment to increase the arousal. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Rakhi Tayal , drrakhitayal@gmail.com
Hi, it appears to be the nerve damage, probably recovered by the neurotropic drugs. I advise you to consult your surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and one injection a week. Neurotropic capsules, ance a day, and aceclophenic sodium controlled release tablets once a day. Thank you.
