Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your history of illness as stated in the query is very ambiguous as on the one hand there is INFERTILITY , while TORCH test is positive i.e. either you are not pregnant , if pregnant then there is no infertility( as in torch test, infection can be spread from a woman to her developing fetus).
As you mentioned that you are feeling excruciating joints pain , may be due to rheumatoid arthritis so please get Rheumatic factor blood test for confirmation.
As you mentioned that you diagnosed as tubercular patient twice and also pleural effusion ( as all are usually due to tuberculosis).
In my opinion please get in ultrasound of uterus and first of all confirm pregnancy . ( whether fetus is in uterus or not).
Get in pregnancy test blood as well urine then consult a gynaecologist .
Consult a physician and get his opinion for tuberculosis as sometimes there may be tubercular arthritis.
In my opinion it is very difficult to evaluate disease according to this query.
Good luck.
