History of heart attack, undergone angioplasty, improved health conditions later. Family issues causing stress. Guidance?

i suffered from heart attack on dec. 2010 and underwent ANgioplasty, i have my regular check up with my doctor and I was told that I am improving, in fact, i might see her once a year instead of twice.. now I got a family problem and I think its affecting my heart cause by stress.. What will i do.. do i need to visit or consult it to a specialist doctor... please help me.
