Hello and welcome to HCM,

I have understood your concern regarding the pain after endoscopy

You may have pain because of the endoscopy due to many causes and it usually goes away in a day or two. But since it is persisting then you must do the following:
1. Take a course of antibiotic such as amoxycillin-clavulanate 625 for five days along with a pain killer like paracetamol. Your doctor will know about these.
2. You can also start an anti reflux medication like pantoprazole twice daily before food for two weeks. Your doctor will know about these also.
3. Avoid anything spicy or oily and avoid spirits like alcohol.
4. Do not strain when you speak

wait for a week and if the above treatment has no effect on you then you may consult an ENT for proper and directed treatment.

take care and get well soon
