History Of Cancer In The Family. Any Precautions?
I lost a father to cancer and I would like to avoid it by any means possible.

You didnt mention which cancer. There is no need to be concerned and panic about cancer prevention. It can only lead to anxiety and fear. There are good preventional programs for every common rype of cancer and ask your doctor about these measures. Also some cnacer are and some arent geneticaly determined. What you can do is to avoid enviromental factors such as smoking,alcohol and unhealthy food. Wish you good health.
