Five years ago, my husband was in a terrible accident where a young lady hit the dump truck he was driving. She died at the scene even though he tried to help her. He himself had a broken wrist, a huge lump on his head with multiple cuts and scrapes all over his body. Two months later, after he just got the cast off his wrist, my husband fell outside during a major snow storm. I quickly drove him to the emergency room. I thought he was having a stroke. The Doctor ordered a catscan and found out he had bleeding in the brain. Fortunately for my husband, it stopped just in time before they had to do surgery. Since then, my husbands moods have been changing to the point that one moment he is crying about something sad that happened to someone we don't even know and the next moment he would yell and curse out me or our kids. Very Bipolar like symptoms. He has been diagnosed with very low testosterone but refuses to take therapy. He says there is nothing wrong with him and it is all me and the kids. How can I help him?
