Hello,

This seems to be like neurological pain due to compression of the nerve roots in the lumbar spine.

You may need neurological evaluation and MRI of the spine to come to a conclusion.

nerve conduction study need to be done.

Consult your Orthopedic surgeon.

Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Muhammad Ijaz Nasir's  Response
Thanks for your query. This is a common disease at your age. For this you need to take continuous NSAID analgesics along with some Antacid to protect your GIT.
I advised you the following
1.     Capsule omeprazole 20 mg daily before meal
2.     Naproxen sodium 550 mg twice daily morning and evening
3.     Diclofenac potassium 100 mg SR B.D
4.     Calcium containing preparations to reduce your osteoporotic symptoms which is commonly present at your age
5.     Along with this medication you are also need to have physiotherapy of the area.
6.     Reduce your weight according to your body frame. If you let me know your height and weight I will advice you accordingly.
7.     Walk and light exercises are necessary to keep you ambulatory
8.     You can also wear a belt which will support your backbone and helps in reducing pains with the change of posture

Hoping that you will get benefit from my advice.
My prayers are with you.
Thanks and best regards.
