Dear kush
welcome to healthcaremagic
You dint mention the age of your daughter but after all i read your queries. The reported problem of adenoid is there When the immune system and resistance of the body is lowered which cause the bacterial or viral infection. This is directly related to the immunity power which may be lacking. So you should be conscious about the diet habit, lifestlyle according to Ayurveda. You should avoid the things that is allergic to like cold water, smoke, dust, spicy foods. Some of home remedy like zinger juice, turmeric, Honey, are useful to cure the condition. The fruits rich in vitamin C, high carbohydrate and low protein, fresh fruits and vegetables are useful. There is very good treatment in Ayurveda for the condition with antiallergic, Antibacterial, Antiviral also for building strong immune system for long term protection. All these nasal blockage are happening with this weak immunity and allergies. So better visit nearest Ayurveda Specialist and follow Ayurveda medications accordingly.

Take care
