History Of COPD. Any Problem In Going To Shimla?

5 months back I was suffering from COPD and after treatment now I am OK. At present My oxygen saturation is 93/94 and carbondioxide level in blood is 35 and at present I am planning to go to Shimla and Manali a high altitude is 3000 meter is there any problem and if I feel any uneasyness what should I take precautionary measurement and what to do please advice.

there should be no problem if you take short breaks on steep climbs on foot or moment you feel short of breath on walk
