Hi, I am 67.Have been running for years betwiin 6-10 miles 4 times a week at about 6 mph. When running my HB is 132-140 per minute. In the last 3 months it happened, sometimes, that my HB dropped suddenly to 118-124 and at the same time I feel dizzy(like going to faint) and I have to stop running and continiue walking for a while and run again.Any idea why this could happen? Thank you
