High Fever, Severe Headaches, Back Pain, Light Headedness, Enervation, Finger Tingling. Treatment Guidance?
Hi I have a fever of 38.5 c I have really bad headaches , really bad backache , I feel really light headed and weak and I m shivering when really I m hot. I also have tingling fingers I have had then in one hand for about a month now but I m recently starting to have them in the other hand, I am also urinating a little more than I usually do? Can you help??
Your headache could be related to flu. If you donot have neck pain, stiffness, vomiting, memeory problem you can wait or get evaluated by a physician. I think it will improve with time. You may take simple analgesics for the same.
Increased urination could be due to many causes like infection in urinary tract (particluraly when you have fever), diabates.
I urge you to get examined by a physician who will assess you clinically and then determine the necessary investigations to reach a conclusion so that management will be easy.
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it suggests that you might be having urinary infection giving rise to this problem.
Go for urine routine and microscopic examination and after report go for specific antibiotic medicine and you will be alright.
Take plenty of water and light diet.
Ok and bye.
