High Fever, Rashes, Itching, Headaches, Sore Back. Taken Benadryl. What Is Wrong?

My son has had a very high fever of 102* for the past 3 days. The fever has left but now he has a bad headache, sore back and is covered with a raised itchy rash. Any ideas what it might be? We have given him 3 doses of benadryll for children over the course of today but the rash keeps coming back. It is on his arms, legs, back and face.

Pediatrician 's  Response
It may be an exanthematous fever,as he is suffering from severe headache and backache asso.with itchy rash on the face and limbs, definitely you need to consult a Pediatrician to exclude any complications like meningitis or meningoencephalitis by clinical examination, and if needed by lumbar puncture, also other relevant tests.
