hello doc. just got my lipid profile checked and triglycerides was 277mg/dl, cholesterol total- 200mg/dl, LDL cholesterol- 102.6 mg/dl, VLDL cholesterol- 55.40 mg/dl. i Am 36 yrs old and have no past history of heart problem. Just need to ask with such results do i need medications or can lower the cholesterol by lifestyles changes, exercies and diet??
