Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your heart is now normal.
But there are risk factors for the future – Blood Pressure / High Lipids / Homo-cysteine...
You need life style modifications – diet, exercise...
You need drugs – for good control of BP to 130/80; for lipids even if the value is normal; for homo cysteine; may be aspirin too...
Your physician can suggest based on his assessment of the situation...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
