High Blood Sugar Level. Am I Diabetic?

iam 5o yr old woman, worried due to my sugar level, i was checked on faasting with 110 mg/dl , i was so scared, i started checking my sugar level and noted that after 2 hours of food, i got the reading of 149mg/dl and after 4 hours the reading is 93 mg/dl, The next day, in fast, the reading is 122 mg/dl, am i diabetic? pls. reply

change the diet habit and do regularly pranayama and yoga. keep mind and body healthy. stop all mill and milk products. consume more green vegetables and greens

Hi Dear thanks for you question on HCM,your two fasting blood sugar reading of 110mg/dl,and 122mg/dl,indicate that your diabetic ,however your one postprandial reading of 149mg/dl is normal,your first fasting blood glucose reading is on the upper side of normal,the second fasting reading is in diabetic range ,but that could be due to anxiety your having after first reading,it is batter for you to consult some endocrinologist and go for GTT,( GLUCOSE TOLERANCE TEST) to get confirmed whether your diabetic or not
