High blood sugar and loss of memory problem

my father in law is suffering from high blood sugar and parrallaly he is becoming fatigue and he is telling that he is forgetting and he can,t concentret also wht should we do ? what may be the problem?

High blood sugar itself can lead to tiredness, fatigability and difficult to concentrate. Get his sugars and HBA1c level checked and initiate him on diabetic treatment with an endocrine or diabetic specialist. he should improve well.
