first dont panic , ralax your self as anxiety
will also increase BP
your BP level is not at alarming high level
causes problem mainly on long term basis if BP remain at elevated level
so you can wait for one week provided your BP is in same range ,
do some yogas , pranayams ,
do some nature walk ,
limit your salt intake to 4 grm/ day ,
avoid any form of tobacco use if you are using and limit your alcohol intake if you are taking .
to improve your good cholesterol
do regular walking ,
eat more almond , walnut , sea fish like salmon , tuna , sardish ,
avoid any form of tobacco use if you are using .
take your present BP medicine in time
visit your Dr and adjust BP medicine as per her advice
