. If you are young, generally have a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, and don't have a family history of heart disease; I would suggest you sit back and relax.
Even in the ER, they would simply run an EKG which would be normal in all probability. I would suggest that you try deep breathing exercises and yoga for getting rid of anxiety. This would really help you a lot.
