Hi kitmalvar,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Your friend is too sick to receive an online consultation and get benefited with it.
Her reports of urine in blood, high leukocyte counts and appearance of red blotches and swollen legs all are indicative of a life threatening systemic illness.
Please take the lady to get admitted to a hospital and to be examined and investigated under a very experienced physician. It seems her disease has already advanced much.
You need to be proactive on this front else the remaining hopes would also be marred.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
