Patient with high TLC 28,000, Eosinophil 50%, low fever, breathing problem, chest-bronchospasm, Spo2 90%,Xray chest normal - broncho vascular markings , non smoker : 3rd episode in 1 year. earlier treated with steroids bronchodilators and antibiotics.
This time put on steroids/nebulization/antibiotics -----within 2 days eosinophil came down to normal, fever susided but the count still 26,000

Hi,
It seems that you might be having severe loer respiratory tract infection and might require IV higher antibiotic medicines.
As you got high eosionophilic count, take Di Ethyl Carbamazine tablet course after consulting your doctor.
