my SGPT level is 110, SGOT 61, triglycerides is 218 and total cholestrol is 203. I am taking medicine for cholestrol simvastatin 10mg and 20 mg (each morning night) telmisartan for blood pressure. is this values are alarming and what is the best diet habit to control the same.

Hi well come to HCM.
Since your sgot and sgpt as well are on higher side should dis continue taking simvastatin for time being as it is haepatotoxic drug. Your triglyceride are on higher side
for which fat restrited and high carbohydrate diet containing sugar etc should be
avoided and daily exercise of 45 minits will help you. Thanks
