High CO2 And WBC, Collapsed Lung, Shoulder Pain After Hysterectomy. Now Elevated Liver Enzymes. Reason?
My wife had a historectemy on (8/7/13 its now 8/12/13 with complications and was in surgery for over 6 hrs . ended up with high co2 and white blood cell levels in her blood a partially colapsed lung - and extreme pain in her right shoulder - also she was very lathergic , to the point of falling asleep in mid sentence and the Dr's n nurse's became concerned on 8/10/13 - shes been on the c-pap at nite and oxy during the day . now the enzymes in her liver are elevated . no one seems to know why any of this is happening or at least wont tell me . I just want to know what is going on and maybe what to expect next . Can anyone help me to understand ???? Please and thank you .
HI Thank for choosing HCM, No surgery is cent per cent safe, there could be many problem arises during surgery, prior to surgical procedure, and very common after the surgery, but all these are reversible to far extent, only certain conditions are there which proven dangerous, here in your case it seems anesthetic problem, looking to the stated things it could be said that this not dangerous thing and will come around soon, have discus it with anesthetist, no need to worry, Take care of her, Bye
