Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described details, there appears to be high possibility of neurological cause for all your symptoms.
As such there is least correlation between catheter placement and present symptoms.
Requirement of endoscopy can be decided by treating doctor.
You should go for MRI scan cervical spine to rule possibility of neural compression.
Treatment depends on exact diagnosis.
Thanks,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
