Dear Ma m Thanks for writing to us. It is not likely that lisinopril is responsible for delayed menstruation. But I would request you to see your gynecologist at earliest because if by any chance you are pregnant, lisinopril should be stopped at once as it has bad effects on fetus (the baby inside the uterus). If you are not pregnant, still, you must be evaluated for the cause of delayed menses. At times medications throw surprises on us. We do see some effects hitherto not known or described in literature. If everything comes fine, a withdrawal of lisinopril may be contemplated in consultation with your physician. Sincerely Sukhvinder
