High BP At Nights. All Reports Are Normal. Due To Anxiety?

sir,i am having since one year, it occures in night. from morning to till evening i will be ok.. bp is normal, due to my fathers n my auntys death,i am very much tensed n now having diabities, n sugar level is normal,consulted doctor n tested thyroid , kidney ,lipidprofile n everything is normal,doctor is telling due to anxiety it is occuring like that,night i cant sleep relexly, sir plse help me,we r only two me n my aged mother.

You look more anxious after the death of two of your family members. You need to relax your mind. Physically you look healthy. Time is the best healer.
