What Are The Side Effects Of Ortho Evra Patch?

Hi, Im 18 years old and on the Ortho Evra patch. Ive heard that there is an increased risk of blood clots with this medication. Im feeling a throbbing sensation alone with a small amount of swelling on the right side of my neck. Could this be a blood clot?
