Herbalife F1 Formula. how does it work ?

Hi! I have met people who have either gain or lose weight using Herbalife F1 formula. Since they re using the same formula, how does it work? Is it because the formula corrects the metabolic rate or balances out hormones so that f you are thin, you begin to put on weight and vice-versa ? I would like to consider taking this formula to shed about 5kg.

Please do not use any allopathic or herbal formulae for weight loss because there is lot of damage to other organs which can damage body organs which will cause irreversible injury in some cases. You should understand only proper diet and regular exercise will help. Avoid junk food, fatty food, spicy fried food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do brisk walking everyday for 40 minutes a day. Join Gym and do cardio exercise. You will lose weight if you are disciplined in this.

Hello, welcome to HCM. Herbalife formula 1 contains vitamins, minerals and proteins to supplement your health. It can be used to improve health and in a way can help a person gain weight but i really don't understand the rationale behind loosing weight by using such formulas. It is advisable that to loose weight you should not use such products and should rely on doing exercise and having balanced diet to reduce weight. Wish you good health.

The magic in these products is just good nutrition, plain and simple. The F1 Formula is a meal-replacement shake that has all your vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fibre etc in perfect balance, which means you give your body what it needs on a day-to-day basis.

You can use them to lose / gain and maintain weight. How it works for weight loss, you'd replace 2 meals a day with the shake. Weight maintenance you only replace 1 meal a day, and for weight gain you have your 3 meals, followed by a shake after each meal.

It's healthy. In a nutshell, if you give your body the right tools, it will repair itself :).
