Hemorrhoids Lanced. Painful Lump In The Same Site. Throbbing Pain. Cause?

I had a thrombosed hemorrhoid lanced 2 weeks ago. I am still uncomfortable and have another tender painful lump in the same area. Could I have a new thrombosed hemorrhoid, is this scar tissue, or still healing? It's not as bad as it was originally where I couldn't stand up at all because if throbbing pain but it is very very tender to touch and I feel slight pressure and constant awareness if it with discomfort. This is greatly affecting my quality of life.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for choosing H.C.M.Forum.
You had thrombosed hemorrhoid lanced 2 weeks ago. Still uncomfertable, and have another pain full lump, in the same area. you could not stand due to thrombing pain, very tender, slight pressure.
It appears to be the infection or recurance of the old lesion.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. He will do the proctoscopy examination and confirm the problem.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
