Hemorrhoids Have Become More Pronounced, Irritated And Sore. Reason For Acute Pain In Groin And Swollen Vagina?

Hi,

I have hemorrhoids and over the past few days they have become more pronounced, irritated and sore. Today I have developed quite acute pain around my groin from the inside of my right leg to almost level with my pelvis bone. This evening the pain has spread to my pelvis/hip.

During exercise over recent weeks I have encountered lower back pain/stiffness and believed this to be related to a UTI that I had been treated for in recent week (medical history of UTI due to bladder reconstruction).

I have no pain when going to the toilet but my vagina is very swollen on the right side and tender.

Can u advise me on what this May be ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infected strangulated hemorrhoids with lower genital tract infection.
consult surgeon and get examined.
You may require one course of higher antibiotic with anti-inflammatory medicines course.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
