Hemorrhagic Cyst In The Ovary. Clome Suggested. Endometriotic Adhesions. Surgery Advised. Any Thoughts?

hi Doctor, i was having right ovary haemorraghic cyst 5.9*4.1 cm and left ovary containing multiple cyst and 1 large haemorraghic cyst of 4.2 * 2.5 cm in 2011. dr advised me to do a lapro scopic surgery and i did it in 2011 in which both the ovary cyst was removed and she advised me to take clome 50 mg 2 times in a day from day 2nd-6th and duphaston 10mg.from day 16th-26th.In 2012 left ovary size was 6.5*4.0cms, dr said the cyst has recurred again and advised me for a surgery again. In 2012 lap oopherectomy was done.Endometriotic adhesions of left ovary.Entire left ovary replaced by multiloculated cyst. Bilateral tubes patent. After this surgery i am continuously doing follicular monitoringfor the past 6 months and attempted for IUI 2 times. 1st 4 months either i was naturaly ovulating or i had to take hcg 5000 for the follicle to rupture. in the past 2 cycles when we decided for IUI the follicle did not rupture neither naturally nor by hcg 5000. dr termed it as luf. now i am on a break from any treatment for the past 2 months. please advise what steps i need to take.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Possibly the ovarian follicle may not ruptured because of hormonal imbalance or you may be having lutenized unruptured follicle syndrome.
Better to take few months gap from the medicines as you are taking.
Possibly in this gap hormonal levels can come to normal.
And after that for confirming this you once go for hormonal profile.
Then you can plan for pregnancy.

Take care.
