If you are determined not to take alcohol anymore than you can definitely see and improvement in your health.
I will recommend the following regime for you:
1. Go green, include lots of green vegetables in your diet.
2. Drink atleast 10 -12 glass of water per water on empty and no water with food.
3. Meditate regularly for 15 min. per day.
4. Start taking deep diaphragmatic breaths 15 - 20 mins per day.
5. Herbs which will help in your condition are Cap. Tulasi, Cap. Guduchi, Cap. Triphala, and Cap. Ashwagandha.
6. Have an energy healing session for 2 - 3 times per week.

If you start taking the above steps you will see a drastic improvement in your health in a month.

Hope this answers your question.
